I ship production software by orchestrating multiple AI coding agents in parallel (Claude Code, Codex, custom builds): web apps, desktop apps, developer tools, websites and automations. I’ve worked with language models daily since late 2022, and built with coding agents since they could hold a terminal.

Pyramid Merchandising Software

  • Designed and built the company website for a global retail planning and merchandising platform: six product modules, each with its own story.
  • Built the custom admin CMS behind it. Owned end to end: design, copy, build, SEO and ongoing iteration.
  • Now building Pyramid AI, an AI merchandise planning workspace for the same platform: live planning grid, copilot and one-click plan assessments.

Self-directed

  • Launched Vinsly, a desktop app for managing your entire Claude Code setup. 6 paying customers in its first two weeks; now open source.
  • Built AWHM Lite, a local memory system for LLM agents: it keeps a graph of what it has learned, tracks what changed and when, and plugs into Claude Code. Open source.
  • Taught seven people to build with AI coding agents: hands-on Claude Code walkthroughs, prompt engineering, and how to scope and direct work for agents.
